  107.        PC-FOOD II may be installed and run from Windows or installed
  108.        from DOS and run from DOS or Windows.
  109.  
  110.     I. Installation in Microsoft Windows
  111.        A. New Installation
  112.        -----------------------------------------------------------------
  113.           1. Windows 3.1: Select FILE then RUN.
  114.              Windows 95: Select START then RUN.
  115.  
  116.           2. Type A:\INSTALL and press Enter.
  117.              If you downloaded PC-FOOD II, substitute "A:\" with the path
  118.              to the PC-FOOD II "INSTALL.EXE" file located where it was
  119.              "unzipped" on your hard drive.

  121.              You cannot install TO the install FROM directory.
  122.  
  123.           3. After install, click the USER GUIDE icon for instructions.
  124.  
  125.           4. Click the PC-FOOD II icon to run the program.  To start with
  126.              ALL NEW data files, delete all ".DAT" and ".MMX" files.

  141.            4. To run PC-FOOD II from Windows (after installing from
  142.               DOS), select FILE, RUN C:\PCFOOD\PCFD.EXE
